    "An Act relating to the reservation of certain mining claims from                                                           
    all uses incompatible with the purposes for establishing the                                                                
    Petersville Recreational Mining Area."                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Representative Herron moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                                                              
allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.                                                               
Objection was heard, and Representative Herron was required to vote.
